Bad experience ever! We have been to the store on 17th Nov (this Tuesday) and ask for iPhone 12 pro max. There were three staff in store and the blonde hair lady served me who was very patient. I'd like to trade in my current iPhone Because vodafone offered it up to $472. However when she checked the price through system it dropped to $200 something (Yes, ticked it as damaged Or not working phone) She explained that only BRAND NEW phone could be traded as undamaged. Ridiculous! If vodafone cannot offer customers the trade in deal then stop it. Don't play tricks with us, OK? Then we went to 2degree, they offered $460 for trade in price which is exactly the same with thier offer online. Then We came back to vodafone (We are currently with Vodafone for our broadband) and the blonde hair lady was serving customer at that moment. So that I asked another female staff, she turned to be very unfriendly and rude, told me they can only offer the price as her colleague did. I asked for the reason why they ticked it as damaged. She said she CAN'T answer my question. And then she looked at the male staff, he told me the same thing. Fine, you guys are amazing. Good training, good communication skills and good attitudes. Please get trained well and then serve your customers. Be patient and answer the questions please. I will never ever choose vodafone. Fortunately only with them with 1 yr contract.

The rudest staff ive ever come across. The second we stepped in, the short black haired woman yelled across the entire store and pointed to the door telling us to get out. There was a 1 person at a time sign at the front that we have missed. However, it was on the back of a chair facing outwards from where we came in, and the delivery in yelling across the room was equally embarrassing for me and the child like staff that raised their voice at me. Very unnerving welcome in my opinion. The next blonde woman then chose to stand with her neck at a 90 degree angle with a squinting frown on her face the entire time we were talking. Very aggressive posture. Then continued to talk down to us as if she didn't understand what the issues were. In all my years I have never come across such a rude set of staff. Never walking in there again.

The sales lady that assisted me was exceptionally helpful, and was adaptive to my current situation. She got her manager to assist her in tailoring services to my needs and I left feeling that I made a good decision joining Vodafone. I’ve made 2 visits and dealt with 2 people. Both times I was happy with the service.

I made a appointment to buy a phone in the morning and had it by lunchtime,ive forgotten person's name who organized it but she was friendly, helpful and she had awesome customer service. This was the Lynmall store ?. I haven't given 5 stars cause I watched Fair Go and they said that's a sign of fake review ?

I give you 5 stars Natalie at the Vodafone retail store in New Lynn mall, you deserve 10 stars out of 5, for the great effort that you put into solving the problem with my new phone. I saw Taz twice, and Michael once and they were both unable to sort the problem out. The great time and effort, and great customer service skills you displayed with such patience are outstanding, and I do hope Vodafone management recognise you as a valued team member. Thank you so much Natalie, I appreciate the time and effort that you took to fix my new phone I purchased in March. Well done Natalie ?????????

Waiting for broad band set up.. Got to have connection did prefer 2degrees they have better perks..and roll over with top ups.. Vodafone are slack..you dont use all credit up when topping up you loose it. You just pay for what you want.. Use other providers get yourself a good deal..

Nadia was excellent!!! She was friendly, bubbly and genuine. She helped us with our issue efficiently and with great patience and kindness. When we were struggling with Vodafone customer service on the phone, she took over and spoke with them and sorted the problem for us. She is amazing at what she does and I think someone should know that.
