★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously strict. There's a * nice* way to go about reminding customers to do the right thing. Or if they are not, then maybe they have an exemption for certain things. Being abrupt and rude not long after someone has got in the shop is a fantastic way to loose customers if that is their objective?. * online shopping all the way* .
