★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room I stayed in was very spacious with good facilities and a nice bed. Noise was not an issue despite large windows and first floor position. The hotel is very conveniently located with many food options, shops and the waterfront within short walking distances.
I accidentally left an item behind in the room and the staff very kindly posted it to me. This process was easy and quick.
I'd definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well presented One Bedroom Apartment which was really well equipped. Handy to have a washing machine & dryer and a full kitchen. Excellent central location, with a nice wee French Cafe opposite. Excellent standard of housekeeping and friendly team at the front desk. Highly recommend and great value for money!

Great apartment with great services. one of recommended place when you stay for long term in New Plymouth.

Had the executive suite, to find stains on the couch and also on the carpet.
Had paid for breakfast both mornings, but never received. Have since been refunded.
Was expecting so much more, very disappointed for the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good as it is in the center. We stayed here for 6 nights but we only got the room cleaned once. We have to phone them for towels and other necessities. During the time we requested for room service, they entered the room and just put the do not disturb sign on our door to avoid cleaning. The front door of the building which is the easier access for us is not working after 5pm. Although they said that they can remotely open the front door, they do not answer or when they do they do not recognize us so we had to walk around the building and use the parking access. They have all utilities at the room which is good but it needs to be cleaned. They do not have the basic necessities like handwash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect and comfy! We chose the worst weather weekend to come to NP but the movie selection and location of the hotel - the mall is literally across the road - made it still feel awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on work trips several times. Easy check in, good rooms with microwave etc. Quiet space with free movie's.Free parking upstairs. Great that they have arranged charge back from local restaurants, shows a high level of support for local businesses. Welcome notes are a nice touch. Would recommend.
