★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I will stay at from now on our host Annie is wonderful, makes the best breakfast ?, our own private room was a wonderful relaxing room, the location is awesome ? the views are a must to see, and so quiet and peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic B&B with wonderful faculties. Our host was so friendly and helpful, we quickly felt at home. The room was spacious with an en suite and such a comfortable bed we didn't want to get up the next morning. There's also a separate living room and kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Love this B&B and we highly recommend.

Annie works very hard to make sure her guests have a comfortable stay. Everything is dustless. Truly a 5-star quality accommodation, will recommend anyone who'd like a relaxing weekend stay in Rotorua..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We loved the setting, the views, how clean and tidy the rooms were. Loved the privacy and layout of house. Annie was an amazing hostess, she made us feel very welcome but also gave us our space and privacy. 10/10 service!! Couldn't fault a thing!!. Negative: Everything was amazing, nothing we didn't like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful place to stay. Annie has gone to great lengths to not only provide a nice room but an inviting space to relax, with lovely gardens and great amenities. She makes a great coffee at breakfast too. Thank you Annie we'll definitely come back!
