โ โ โ โ โ Wow, wow, wow! What an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were absolutely accommodating, and helped us in every aspect possible. The rooms were comfortable and homely. The whole venue itself was breath-taking: being able to look out over the lake while enjoying an absolutely delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. The spa and sauna facilities were fantastic as well. We left feeling absolutely relaxed and spoiled, and we cannot wait to be back in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed. Host looked unhappy to be there and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Needed to ask him to turn booming music down as it was coming through our wall. No tea and coffee facilities in room but in communal hallway. Host decided to stain deck after we arrived and couldn't enjoy sitting outside due to toxic fumes. No table inside room to sit at. Breakfast very average. Flat white offered was sachet. Host pulled his mask down when he cooked our breakfast and pulled back up when he came to table. Not ideal during Covid. Host said nothing as payment made except "do you want a receipt". At $270 a night would have expected
at least a smile.

โ โ โ โ โ 28May2022, Saturday. First visit to Koura Lodge. Beautiful place, nice and clean. Arrived after the sun had set. It was dark. However, the service brightened the start of our stay. The duty manager upgraded us to the two bedroom apartment. Breakfast requests were ordered promptly. Orders closed after 6 30 pm. Hope to update more later.

โ โ โ โ โ Feeling sad checking out today after 2 nights. Wonderful place. Great tailor-made breakfast. Comfortable rooms and bed. Would recommend this place anytime. Staff was friendly and very accommodating

โ โ โ โ โ Had an amazing time here. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was the perfect temperature. They have kayaks and would have loved to use them but it was a bit rough on the water while we were there. Can't wait to come back

The chef was outstanding, going up and beyond to accommodate my gluten free needsโฆeven making me French toast! Would definitely stay here again!
