β β β β β Recieved terrible customer service today. I was waiting for 7/8 minutes before someone came to the counter. When the guy finally arrived he only filled the pint up 3/4 full. I asked him to fill it up. He said we only fill it 3/4 of the way so the lid fits on. So I thought ok maybe the tub is bigger than the regular shop boughts ones. Got home and weighed it, only came in at 375grams and that was tub included. What a joke! Not a happy customer.

β β β β β Terrible customer service. Had a bad experience with staff at the end of last year and received a voucher as an apology by management. I tried to redeem the voucher last week and was told it wasnt valid at Sylvia Park (even though they issued it). Totally ridiculous

β β β β β Omg their sundae is delicious!!! So rich and sweet and chocolaty and creamy! I love it!
If you are worried about calories just vomit afterwards like me. Itβs worth it.

β β β β β Noticed the Shop in the side of the ticketing counter as I was lining up for a ticket. Immediately went and grabbed something after buying the ticket since I had some time to kill. Took a while to get the attention of someone so I could order. Grabbed brownie sundae and it was just super rich and nice. Also had cream on top but it was off balance so some of it slipped to one side.
It was convenient they had a table there to eat the dessert. Not very big but enough to fit about 6 or so people. Nice place for a sugar rush before a movie.

β β β β β Had been looking forward to a shake or smoothie but no such luck. Waited at the counter, which was unmanned, and someone eventually attended. I asked for a smoothie or shake and was told that they were not offering shakes as they don't have any milk and no longer offering smoothies. I checked the website just prior to my visit and the smoothies were listed. Terrible service and no apology either. Really disappointed.

β β β β β Been there twice in the last six months and both times I had horrible service. The counter wasnβt manned and I had go to other counters to ask for service. The ice cream that I did get was soft and melted. The second time I went the person behind the counter didnβt end up serving myself and another couple because they were on break. Whatβs the point of having an ice cream parlour if itβs barely open?

if you are a sweet tooth like me, then this is the place to be. enjoyed the ice cream flavours they have!!
netflix and chill is definitely a favourite. cookies or biscuits were also yummy. we did enjoy it despite the fact that it was really cold in the evening. everything just really tasted so perfect
