I have ordered a truck and two labors to pick up and assemble the bed for me. The warehouse spent 1.5 hours there but unable to find the footboard of the bed. No stock in the warehouse at the agreed pick up day. But I have to pay the labors and truck $300 for the waiting but got nothing and slept on floor because of the mistakes from Furniture Now.
A complaint logged to Furniture Now for almost two weeks. No responses. I have lost patience and trust now.
Extremely poor customer service!
