★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the flavours are very good and they also let you taste them first. It is a bit expensive but it is definitely some of the best ice cream you can find. The portions are very generous and you definitely get what you pay for.
The ice cream in the photo is a sundae and cost 9.80. It has 2 scoops, cream, a topping and sauce. A normal 1 scoop ice cream costs about $6

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't realize this was here until we went to the restaurant next door for dinner. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. What bad thing could I say about Ben and Jerry's? The flavours are the best I've ever had (and I wouldn't even say it's close). It's definitely not cheap, but the extra cost is definitely worth it (and let's be honest, it's probably better for my clothes fitting to have a smaller portion of ice cream).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to see that Ben and Jerry's are discriminating and not serving ice-cream to everyone. We were told we couldn't be served takeaway while standing inside their empty shop. Lucky Movenpick a few doors down are inclusive and serve to all of their customers.

That is the worst waffle and icecream I have ever tasted
The waffles was so dry and old, seems like it was 2 days old or something
The icecream was so sweet, seems like more syrups than milk in there
The only positive thing I could think of is the staff, they were friendly
Looks way more yummy than it taste

However, wait time can improve in my opinion and I have seldom seen promotional events or offers to promote customer engagement so that can definitely be an area for improvement.
