★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Bendon as a brand, what it has recently started doing for positive body image and the fact it's a New Zealand company. However I went today to the Bendon Outlet on Lunn Ave where the Store Manager Glenys was decidedly unhelpful. She wasn't keen to help me with my request, for an exchange (not a refund, in fact I was there to buy more lingerie). But not only that, she was dismissive and rude. I left the store without anything, no exchange and I certainly wasn't keen to spend any more money there. A real shame, this is one loyal Bendon customer that will struggle to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my very nervous 13 year old daughter to Bendon Lunn Ave today. Big thanks to the staff who made her feel good about getting her first proper bra. She was made to feel very comfortable through the fitting process and for the first time stepped away from her too hot tshirt sports tops that she had been wearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely women here. They said hello and offered help when I came in, then gave me the space to browse. When it got to the trying-on stage, they were extremely helpful and kept bringing me different sizes, even suggesting styles that would fit me better. Goes without saying, they deserve a pay rise - thanks for making me feel so comfortable, and for helping me find bras that actually fit!!
