They give good service and have excellent product knowledge.
Adele's product knowledge and fitting advice is the best in the city.
I'm finally wearing a bra size that gives an excellent line and shape to my clothing. I've noticed that when you have the underlying shape correct your overall look is a lot better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the worst service in retail. This place has no sense of customer service. Had three staff members working, no customers in store. I had my two year old with me. I asked where their bargain rack was, they pointed to where it was. No one asked if I needed help. I tried on 5 bras. In this time no one checked to see if I was okay. Came out to get different sizes. They just stood their having a chat to each other. Didn't bother to asked if I needed help. What a joke NEW PLYMOUTH Bendon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited twice today, first experience was good, had a pleasant helpful staff member assist me. However discovered I had been over charged (promo deal didn't scan up) so returned later in the day ( I work in retail so totally understand how these things happen. However the staff member who assisted in the refund process was not pleasant, very short with a poor attitude to customer service - no apologies were made when refunding ($60-not just a few $). I was not impressed!
