★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOUGHT A BAG FROM THIS NEW PLYMOUTH STORE FOR A LADY IN A WHEELCHAIR AS SHE LIKED ONE SHE SAW IN THE WINDOW SHE COULDNT GO IN BECAUSE THERES NO ROOM FOR A WHEELCHAIR SHE GAVE ME 60.00 FOR IT WASNT QUITE RIGHT SO I TOOK IT BACK WITH A RECEIPT AND TAGS ON A FEW DAYS LATER ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT W DONT DO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE WHEN IT SAYS CLEARLY IN RETURNS PAGE THAT MILLARS ARE HAPPY TO REFUND AS LONG AS ITS NOT ON SALE ETC I LEFT WITH A CREDIT NOTE BUT HAD TO GIVE MY FRIEND THE 60.00 IN CASH AS THE DREDIT NOTE WAS NO GOOD TO HER NOW I HAVE IT AND DONT WANT TO SHOP THERE AGAIN FEEL VERY CHEATED THIS HAS ONLY STARTED HAPPENING SINCE A this staff member has been there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother and i were at the store today just after nine . The store was closed . We were told it wasn’t open today due to staff shortage. Oh my goodness Friday and the shop is closed ? The other ladies had come from a long way and was very put out as were we . This is terrible
