★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased a treadmill from rebel sport, started having issues after 15 months. Approached them for warranty as instructed by rebel sport. After examination I was told the issues were due to inappropriate lubrication technique/lack of lubrication. When I pointed out the treadmill is not due for lubrication according to the manufacturer recommendation( it says first lube is required only after 180 kms, while mine had only done 85), they trying to say it is from inappropriate use. Very disappointed. Will not be considering this shop for another purchase.

He was very helpful, answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Picked the gym up yesterday and it is exactly as I expected/was hoping for. Awesome, fantastic to deal with - thanks again !!!!

They were so accomodating to my needs and allowed me to take my time choosing the right machine for me, as well as providing great after sales service. The quality of the product is great - these are solid, well made bikes and they range from a very affordable model to top of the range. Highly recommend this company.
