Got a King Salmon Bagel, it was absolutely amazing, was made quickly and I would definitely return here next time I'm in the Auckland Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service has gone downhill with staff yelling ‘thanks for coming guys we’re closed’ at 2:45pm when the opening hours state closing at 3:00pm. Staff hygiene also gone downhill. Masks on chin and no gloves when preparing food. Used to recommend this place. No more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and not even good quality. Fingers cramped as I tried to continuously cut through the bagel. Paid $23.70 for bagel and coffee and got friendly customer service, burnt coffee and finger cramps from cutting my bagel. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domestic Airport - I got the King Salmon and it was delicious, it looked good, and understandably expensive (you're at an airport - prepare to get ripped). Glad to see there wasn't any plastic packaging. The soy flat white was nuclear hot, so you can imagine what that does to the taste and consistency.

Waited in queue for 5 minutes, when I went to order the bagel and coffee the big guy at the register told me he could do the bagel but not coffee because it was 2.30 and that’s when the machine closed. Meanwhile the guy beside him is still making coffees. I said it was 2.25 when I joined the queue. Nope-Machines closed. (To the sound of steaming milk) It was literally 2.30 exactly. You don’t want to take some more money? Nope. How come? Company policy. No sorry no nothing. Just a blank look that said please leave. I pity the franchise owner with these guys running their business
