★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got off the plane and all we could we think about was having a hot meal at KFC and we were so disappointed that our chicken was almost cold, dry , tasted a bit burnt as well as the chips and to top it off the coleslaw was almost off. Made a special order on which part of the chicken we wanted and paid extra price for it as well. Just so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor, only person in the place and the staff still called me from my table to collect my order from the till area. Staff was not able to add hot sauce to my wicked wings as they are not considered hot and spicy but were able to do so with the side of two pieces hot and spicy, both cost the same at $5.00.
And my single wicked wing in my combo wasn't there either requiring me to go back to the counter. Lucky I was the only customer present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pigsty!! Come on KFC! Mess left on tables, floor was dirty, poor frontline customer service! Toilets disgusting?Asked staff to clean toilet as there was wee on the floor and smelled foul! Staff left dirty mop bucket at entry to kitchen, no large potato & gravy sides available, two ladies continued to sit at a table that was covered in rubbish left by previous patrons!! Very disgusted as this was our first stop for food on arrival to NZ!! As we left I mentioned to patrons that it was filthy in there they returned to their car saying 'oh its still the same!!' They got in their car and left to go somewhere else! Sort it out KFC or have a good look at who runs your restaurants!! Needs to change!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sick & tired of paying fullnprice for half meals!!! I don't care if you people are busy. Check the meal you're packing is correct. We don't have time to drive out there again just to correct our orders. The burger I received also looked like its been sitting there for hours. Pathetic
