★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fries are good, but don't order Epic unless you enjoy making a mess as it comes as a splodgy abortion at the top of the normal fries container.
Slow delivery, 15mins+ at an airport location for a simplified menu was not acceptable and then to get the order for a Rock star chicken burger wrong(came with the mushroom in a regular burger bun rather than as the bun replacement ) and the wasted more time arguing about how we were wrong before just fixing it up, which should have been offered in the first place!
The cheese burger was completely pedestrian, you'll get a better at ANY fish and chip shop in NZ for less coin and time.
2 stars because the Ingredients were fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you can. Sad experience. Don’t be deceived. We just like the epic chips. Burger bun is poor, patty is really thin that you cant even taste it. 1 star for the pretty good epic chips and veggies in my burger. Sorry but will never recommend.

Woman behind the counter was rude, we asked which sundae she’d recommend and she said ‘no we don’t have those’ - we pointed at the menu and the sundae machine less than a metre away from her and she simply sighed the word ‘broken’. The fries were made of 90% oil and undercooked potato without salt and the Diet coke was full sugar. Burger was average. Go. Anywhere. Else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices and very fast. Cheese Burger was yum with fresh crisp salad and lots of favour. the fires were fantastic. Chocolate shake was delicious. Service was great and very polite. Will try again. Keep it up Better Burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The staff placed the wrong order and was rude. When he served me with his hard-to-understand accent I repeated the order twice to confirm but then he placed it wrong. When I went to the counter to question him, he said that's my fault(My fault to make him mis-understand). So I checked his name tag, his name is "Monish" and his photos are attached. Before I finished eating, I spotted him dropped the ready-to-go burger bag while chatting with another staff. The date is 30th Nov 2018. I was wondering did this guy get any training at all? To make better burger, you need BETTER staff first or at least average staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disappointment of our starting journey! Fried twice I bet how oily inside and stuck, photos can be seen. Service was simply bad too, avoid this store inside the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers were absolutely slow and the customer service was not pleasant whatsoever. This is really the last time that i'll go here nothing was pleasant and the manager was blunt. The only thing that was alright was the presentation of the burger otherwise, the burger tasted weird and the fries were pre-frozen as there was 5 chips stuck together and most tasted stale. Very dissapointing.
