★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love to stay here as a couple when we get down this way. Karen is so welcoming and friendly. The kids first time to stay here and they love all the things to here on the property Badminton, mini golf, trampoline, mini playground, spa, heated pool, Restaurant on site etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Braeside Rotorua has excellent facilities including two spas, a pool, mini golf, games room, high speed wifi, restaurant, laundry, playground, and so forth.
Karen on the front desk is amazing. Karen provided excellent service and a smooth check in.
There was one issue during our stay. The cleaning team forgot to service our room even though we were out during the hours of 9.30-11.30am and midday till 3pm.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was modern and a king bed made it very appealing. Plus we got a great deal to have the private spa. We liked the location. We walked to the Gondola, rabbit golf and Heritage Farm. Otherwise it’s all driving but we expected that.
The disappointment was cleanliness of the room and the pool area. The room lacked a deep clean, we found things under the bed and the skirtings/edges hadn’t been touched in a while. The pool area needed a bit of TLC, including blowing away the leaves, and it’s small so not suitable for many children. Pool towels were a nice touch. The games room was gloomy and also in need of a clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a two night stay here with my partner. Room was very nice, tidy and had AC. Spa was nice, slept very well. A special mention of the Brook bar and bistro, fabulous food, great service. Took Keith's advice of a wine paring with my dinner. Fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in tonight for dinner with the family, based in previous reviews on Google. Finding a spot for dinner on a Monday night was a bit tricky so this sounded great. We were made to feel very welcome. The food was great, lovely fresh ingredients and everything was homemade. Kids ate well and there was a nice variety of food on the menu. Would absolutely recommend for families or groups looking for a friendly atmosphere in Rotorua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 7yr old daughter to Rotorua for the first time. I did leave booking accommodation during school holidays a tad late, but fortunately Karen had 1 room left. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it here - so much for the kids to do after a day out. The staff are fantastic! We felt welcome from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy so we slept like babies. We ate at the Brook restaurant on our last night and the food was superb - Keith is such a sweetheart and really goes out of his way to make sure you have a great night (he's also great with the kids!). Location was ideal being close to everything we wanted to do and Karen was extremely helpful in recommending where to go for the cultural experiences I wanted to share with my daughter. Definitely recommend for families! There were things we were unable to do as they were booked out, so when we return to Rotorua, we will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for making our holiday special.
