★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is excellent the staff are great in all areas, very welcoming. The facilities are clean and well set out, prices are a little high but definitely worth it. The stratosphere buffet is amazing, loved the dining area and the food is layed out spaciously so it makes it easy to access, however the signage could be better as we got a little confused on how to enter the restaurant after getting off the gondola. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend for a great family day out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is pretty cool and a must go in rotorua. going up the gondala is a reallt fun experience which i will highly recommend. i also really liked the luge and i go on it every time i come to rotorua. the food is super good too and the view as you eat is absolutely breathtaking.

We love your rides and friendly services every time, however today when we visited, more than half your customers were not wearing masks and were still let on rides and long waiting times within the queue up to 40mins, with no social distancing. Would be great if you could put some precaution in your operating practices to ensure everyone’s health and safety is well looked after as it is a bit concerning. No mask no play. Please don’t ruin the fun for everyone, we would hate to see our local fun spot become a place of interest. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going in the first week of January since 2017. Skyswing is awesome. Zip lines great too. Any oldies out there who have dicky backs would do well paying attention to instructions given on what to do as one approaches the end of the Zipline! Foods good. Place has taken a bit of a beating with covid over the past couple of years. Used to really enjoy getting there early and having the buffet breakfast. No longer a feature since covid. Luge circuits are fantastic. Always a memorable day.

An amazing buffet lunch followed by some high octane luge action, nothing but laughs and fun all afternoon in the sun. Highly recommend going when it’s sunny weather or can get very cold very quickly
