About BestStart Melling
We are a New Zealand-owned charity with preschools, kindergarten (kindy), Montessori and early-childhood home-based services nationwide.
BestStart has over 260 early childhood centres from Whangarei to Invercargill. All our centres use the New Zealand curriculum Te WhΔriki, preparing children for their formal education at school. Our trained teachers support children to belong, thrive and achieve through the world-recognised philosophy of learning through play.

His talking has come on heaps since being there and he has settled well and they keep him to his routine that he has at home which I much appreciate. I try to not let him see me when I arrive to pick him up so I can watch him in this environment naturally and he is always happy and engaging and playing well
