★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from Swanfit, this place is what I wanted Swanfit to be. Super friendly, fun and flexible. The team and owners are lovely and I’ve made some incredible friends here. Would recommend this studio to anyone. It’s great for beginners too because the coaches really take time out to help you achieve your goals. They also let you pause it if you want to go travelling…everything you’d want in a studio is here. Plus the showers are new and IMO better than the ones you get at home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous energy at this recently opened Body Fit. The trainers are doing a great job and the gym is roomy with space to move around and warm up/cool down. I could wax lyrical about the incredible facilities here too but words wouldn't do it justice. Best investment you'll ever make joining a gym and wisest one is choosing a BFT.

Couldn't hear instructions as the music was a little too loud at times.
The Workout itself, awesome.
Hybrid workout between F45 & Crossfit.
Heart rate monitor systems, definitely a cool addition.
Allows you to see which zones you should be moving into throughout the workout with a medal system at the end.
Programming top notch.
Also had demo screens up the front for the exercise prescribed during the workout.
Other factors to consider before going is that parking could be an issue at peak times.
Best to get there 15 minutes before class begins.
Was lucky to get one right outside.
In saying that classy outfit. 4.5 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks BFT Birkenhead!! ? Went yesterday for the Open Day, so impressed with the studio, looks amazing and awesome setup! The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous and the decor divine! ? I was greeted by lovely team members, was given and taught how to setup the new BFT3 personalized heart rate monitor built for BFT members only. ❤ ? Bought some apparel and merchandise, which I was given a huge selection of different clothing to try on in the bathrooms, the Black Leggings are a second skin literally! By far the most comfortable smooth feeling workout leggings I've ever tried on! Super excited to start training and meet the BFT community! ? Thanks Team @ BFT Birkenhead! Super stars! ? ? Nicole
