What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga is a self defence system from Israel that is renown for being relatively simple to learn but brutally effective if you need to use it. Krav Maga is a fast paced training system to develop practical self defence skills while getting fit. It is equally applicable for women as men as counter attacks are to vulnerable points on the attacker so defences do not depend on strength or size. Our members come from all walks of life and enjoy our classes to learn practical skills, but also to get fit, increase confidence and enjoy our team training.

The training is top-notch, practical and loads of fun. I highly recommend the classes for anyone wanting to learn self-defence that will give them the best chance to keep themselves, and their family safe, should they ever find themselves in a situation where they're being threatened, including with a gun, knife or other weapon.
