It's definitely a journey worth taking. I'm so happy to be apart of the bft whanau. The team help teach and guide you from scratch! I went from hating push ups and pull ups to genuinely enjoying them and giving them a go. My transformation body mind and soul in a relatively short period is truly something you can't put money on.
