I took a trial at F45 Rosedale and haven’t looked back. I love the functional fitness concept and the owners, trainers and community surrounding this studio are so fantastic - challenging, fun and super supportive. Can totally recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 is amazing!me and my friend are really enjoying our f45 experience. The HIIT workouts are fun and the music is awesome and upbeat which makes the entire experience phenomenal. The trainers are fantastic, friendly and easy to get along. I like how they motivate and encourage you to give all your best in every workout and they even give you tips and show you the proper form and how to make the most of your workout. Overall, the vibe is great and I have had nothing but great experiences. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. It's a great choice!?

Since day one, the trainers as well as the other gym goers, have openly welcomed me into their tight-knit little community! Whether it be with a big goofy smile on arrival or an encouraging high five after a gruelling session - there’s not been a day I have ever felt like I didn’t belong there. If you’re looking for a place to start your fitness journey, and a strong community to help push you on the days you need the most motivation, then F45 Rosedale is the place for you!

There is a great sense of humility with the trainers and they will push you along but they understand this is a “Life Style” change so ensure you are motivated and wanting to come back and do that extra rep push the extra weight exceed your goal
Great effort team and I would recommend the Rosedale crew to anyone

I have progressed so much already with my fitness in the short time I've been going and am so pleased with my results already. I was hesitant at first to join team training like this as I didn’t feel I was at a good fitness level and would embarrass myself but the Rosedale team made me feel extra welcome. They are extremely professional while still making training fun. I highly recommend joining this team at any fitness level. ????

Every day is a different workout day and the trainers are very respectable and professional. They are helpful and understanding of your limitations but they also challenge you to do better. I am about to start the eight week challenge and am looking forward to making great gains over the next six months!
