★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used these guys multiple times now and they are the best mechanics I have found on the shore. Not only honest, they know their trade with no surprises. They do what they say and they do it well. Gave my personal car a wof and service and when my work vehicle decided to cr*p out on the same day they were able to get me back on the road within the same hour of ringing them. Top service as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lost count of the number of years and the number of vehicles I have engaged Shore Automotive to service and repair - from a range of Mercedes down to small Holden Barina 's and everything in between - it must be close to 20 years of consistent, reliable service from Dan and his amazing team of Liam and Shane, who without fail have fixed everything that could possibly go wrong with a vehicle and have done so in a most amazingly professional manner with 100 % success, at affordable and reasonable cost and most importantly in a manner where someone such as myself (with limited mechanical background ) can actually understand just exactly what may be an issue or consideration at time of service.
After nearly 60 years of dealing with mechanics in 10-20 countries around the world I am confident of being 100 % accurate and in my expectation that every time I engage the Shore Automotive team on a regular basis, the outcome will be invariable consistent in terms of a quality outcome and 100 % Customer satisfaction.
Truth by known I really look forward to popping in just leading up to Christmas each year so I can visit "Christmas Carol" who must be one of the absolutely stunning young ladies and one of the best automotive administration managers in the whole of Auckland. An absolute reliable and friendly service that you can always rely upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fixed my Porsche in 2 days when two other companies including Porsche couldn't, they fixed my BMW 550i when 4 other companies couldn't. I have many work and private vehicles and now only use this company. Excellent communication but more importantly the owner knows what he's doing and is also honest and straight up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan, Carol and the guys at Shore Automative are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, I backed into a power pole and needed a new boot lid for my old Toyota. They searched through out NZ and found one. They also had to replace rear tail light unit and straighten rear bumper and bumper iron plus rear panel. It looks great now! Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and efficient team - despite unexpectedly being low on staff, they did an amazing job of seeing to my needs and fixing my car both quickly and effectively! I did have to remind Reception of the second of my two vehicle issues, as I found the second issue hadn't been passed on to the workshop - but once they knew of it the staff kindly went back to my vehicle to sort the issue before I left, and they gave me a good price deal on the spot. Will definitely come back here for future work, and to deal with a crew who are friendly, helpful and bring quality work ??????
