★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have left our dog here a few times, and over Christmas they also looked after our two cats. Really awesome space for the pets and they were very well looked after. Our one cat is a Burmese suffers from separation anxiety but after three weeks he didn't want to come home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been taking our dog here for 11 years , she’s always super excited to go and see Phil . She comes home very well looked after , we wouldn’t take her anywhere else . Phil is a dog lover himself and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Cheers Tania and Chris

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dogs were in a terrible state when we picked them up. Their Kennel was disgusting. They had walked through their own poo and they were covered with it. Certainly won't go back nor recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog Amora stayed here for three nights over Queens birthday. She’s an anxious dog, but she was well cared for and came home very healthy and happy. The staff were friendly and we were very happy. We will definitely drop Amora off next time we stay in Rotorua.
