Michele was so informative and was always welcoming to answer all our questions and provided so much information that we were so happy we could take along with us on our new journey ! We loved meeting all our fellow pregnancy couples that we have now got a little coffee group going ! 5 out of 5 recommend to all new time parents !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Michele for such a thorough and engaging antenatal class! Highly recommend attending the 12-hour comprehensive class over two weekends. We learned about how to advocate for your rights as a pregnant woman, stages of labour, breathing techniques, pain management, and birthing positions, newborn care and costpartum care / recovery.
Michele is a great speaker / educator, and really knows her stuff from years of professional experience.

We were able to discuss many topics that we were unsure about and there was a lot of information that would help us in future. Michelle managed to make the course interesting by using visual aids, group tasks and refreshments. Highly recommend for first time parents who need support and answers to specific questions.
