★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 x chicken and chips and a kebab on Ubereats. We paid more than the cost for large portions and what we got was tiny, my 15 year old finished his in under 3 minutes. While it tasted nice the size was too small at $15 a go feel a bit ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst food I have ever eaten. The rice was so overcooked it was mush, The meat was tasteless and there was a whole lot of red coloured grease at the bottom of the dish.
Not great food handling practices either.
The worst part was waiting approx 5 minutes when my food was in the plate for the two women to have a conversation with their friend while I waited. I was watching the whole time.

Went back to get fries and was ‘shamed’ about ordering them.

I was given one brown bag for a larger order and whilst walking in the center it tore open from the bottom and sides whilst the top still in tack. All that food scattered all over the floor! For sure, over-packed. If the bag was mishandled I would never expect them to take accountability but this was not the case. For their benefit I communicated with them via telephone and told them to check the video footage of the center or talk to a witness. I have not heard back from them. At least two witnesses advised to go back to them (which was the intent anyways). Even if you refuse to refund, at least take responsibility. I have owned a Cafe and know all about ensuring customers are happy and this was not the case, sadly. I hope for your business you improve in customer service as I see I am not the only one who has experienced poor customer service.
Please note it was mentioned the bag tore from the sides and the bottom. The top handle section remained in tack where it was held. It was a large order all packed into one bag. Are you saying if you over-fill a bag and we walk from your store to the car and it burst just before we get to the car its not your concern? I think not. Paper bags can only take a certain weight. Additional please contact me and we can have discussion with the information attendee that assisted us. Alternatively you welcome to view video footage. Its not appreciated that you make a false statement about that especially since the bag tore in Botany Center. As mentioned, if you are unsure please contact me. I too have owned a Cafe and used the very same bags for orders but was sure to provide big orders with two or more bags.
