★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met a rude staff today, we entered the store before five, the door was still opened and there were some customers inside, the girl came to us with an unfriendly attitude said 'we DO close at five.' with big staring eyes and a pulling face. Rude and making people feel uncomfortable. After hearing this, we just dont wanna shop anymore.
You can just simply say 'sorry, we are closing.' It makes customer feel much better or let them know the opening hours the other day instead of an unfriendly approach.

I am 73 and still very active and got the feeling from them I was to old to be hiking.
