★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to hunting and fishing on chapel Street clowns have now apparently made their own rules about mask wearing and do not accept exemptions and also require children under 10 to wear masks or they will not serve you at all and will make you stand outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having never stepped foot inside a Hunting and Fishing Store before but needing to buy a last minute present for my Step Dad in the torrential rain today I am glad I took the advice of one of my work colleagues to go there.
Glen was nothing short of AMAZING! He was friendly, helpful & gave me some great recommendations, he is a definite asset & I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang the Tauranga store to ask if it would be possible to re-spool my reel.I was told that would be no problem, I then asked if it would be ok to do it while I waited as Im from out of town and once more I was told that it would not be a problem. When I arrived at the store I was told that there would be a 2 hour wait so I left with leaving them my number. An hour or so later I had a call to say that they no longer could spool my reel as they were to busy. Thats nearly 3 hours out of my day plus fuel costs for nothing. Over the last few years we have brought many large ticket items form you so feel very let down. Other stores will now benefit from my purchases as Hunting and fishing is now off my our shopping list
