Customer service is non-existent, tried ringing 8 times over 2 days and no answer including the manager. We bought a bike but had to take it back twice with faults because no-one took the time to check it out before giving it to us. I wouldn't recommend them as a place to purchase.

I ordered a pair of Alpinestar tech-10, it was over two weeks before they turned up in store. They were a size too small and because of the delay there were none left in my size. They didn't offer me any kind of deal on another pair. Very disappointing.

Lots of issues with T7 Tauranga. Total frustration, lack of communication, Manager does not reply to Headoffice email. You have to visit store to get any answers. Misplaced my bike seat for my new bike. They help when they take your money, but that is it. Bike instore after a few days, advise 3/4 weeks to get my bike from date of purchase, due to covid. Told twice my bike was getting made up. Went to store after 4th week, sitting on floor for 4 days waiting for a 2nd check. Matt a new machanic said he'd do it there and then, if I wanted to wait for the bike?. I would not purchase from this store again, I'd go to a small business who care about there customers.

I recently went into Torpedo 7 in Tauranga to look at purchasing on electric bike for myself..After receiving very disappointing customer service in the Rotorua shop I was hesitant!!! But was so impressed with the service I received by Cam..As a senior I had many questions and he took the time to explain everything to me, even assisting me to take on test ride to make sure it was right for me.Can nit rate this young man high enough..take care of him Torpedo 7 he is a gem..This Nana left with her bike and everything she needed to get riding safely..thank you so much .

Absolutely amazing service I Purchased a trampoline for our girls and when I got there it wouldn't fit in the car but one of the staff offered to drop it off on their way home from work . So awesome thank you so much for doing that for me it made my day !!!

I bought a bike today at this store. The manager assistant me in a very kind and professional manner. The staff was also accommodating and friendly. I can really recommend this store.

The Asian guy helped us with very useful information when we came to pick up our new built e bike. He took us for test drive. I will recommend him for any new bike buyers at this store...?

Very uncomfortable and disappointed about the customer service attitude from Nancy. Just been there at 17. 20pm today, as keen to buy a woman’s down vest when I was browsing online. Well, it’s a good value one, only less than $50. Firstly I wanna have a try in store, but Nancy said no stock for size S, only size XS online/in store. When I said I could have XS size, she said there’s no stock in this store either, I asked if you could transit from other stores? She said: β€˜Then you should pay now.’ With rude attitude and tone. I said: β€˜Ok, I’ll pay now, please do the transition.’ Then Nancy seems can’t understand what I was talking when she asked my email address which registered as club member. Because I’m from Asia??? I apologized about my accent (I’m from Asia but working in a local company, all my kiwi colleagues can understand me though). She said it was my talking speed too fast. I don’t think so as English is my second language, but still repeated slowly. Then Nancy found my member information, but she said as this item is under $50, she can’t do a transfer from other store. Then I asked if I could order something else from another same store, to make the total value over $50, then they could be delivered together? β€˜No, because this item is under $50, I can’t do a transfer. β€˜ Nancy said. I’m not sure why even I want to order more items and delivered in one parcel from a same other Torpedo7 store, the answer is still a β€˜NO’??? I could order online anyway, but do not think this way to a customer is right!!! I was working as customer service for years before I changed that role, totally can’t understand these days sales assistant would treat customer like Nancy’s way!!! Hopefully it’s just her individual style, not representing all Torpedo7 staff!!! Grace
