β β β β β It's close to impossible to get simple, approved invoices paid. Did work for them in April and have still not been paid. It is end June now. Even getting a response is frustrating. They just reply with the typical "Sorry I have been away... Your invoice is in the line to be paid. I will check in with accounts and try to have it paid this week." each time. No action.

β β β β β Extremely disappointing. They continue to take money from my bank account even after terminating the contract - before the contract started. I have had to close my debit card as the only way to stop them taking money from my account! I have been chasing them for months for the refund and they are now dodging my calls (even after admitting fault). Not happy, never again.

β β β β β I had a good experience moving our small team into a 4 person office.
The reception staff truly make the place, know what they're doing, willing and able to help.
IT are competent as well, although can take hours for a response (I was setting up a CISCO Meraki VPN device on a static IP address). Thankfully, again, reception staff are there to help and did the communication with IT on my behalf and we got everything up and running by morning next day. Knowledgeable responses by IT enabled this also.
Environment is fantastic to work in, both the shared office space and our own 4 person office.
Everyone seems happy and friendly.

β β β β β Absolutely awful service, they keep sending me invoices for their monthly services 6 months after I cancelled the contract and 8 months after the last time i set foot on their premises. Their ignorance and persistence in charging clients for the services which they do not use is amazing, they should be out business.

β β β β β What on earth happened to this place? A few years ago, it was amazing and people-friendly. Now owned by Regus, I enquired about a permanent desk and the person who finally returned my call several days later was absolutely clueless as to what I had emailed about *via the BizDojo website where I had filled out details*. She had no idea what I was talking about. $720+GST for a hotdesk a month? Awful value, unprofessional service. What an absolute shame.

β β β β β Biz Dojo is one of the best co-working places I believe. Creation and collaboration all stay side by side here.

β β β β β Update 25/01/2022
Upon seeing their reply, you can obviously see that they didn't take the time to even read the review.

If I could rank 0 stars I would.
I work for a company who holds a contract with Biz Dojo Ponsonby.
I was originally working from the offices, but then left Auckland and transferred my membership to another team member. Which was 100% okay with Biz Dojo. However, since the transfer, I am still receiving emails from Biz Dojo about invoicing and payments etc. I have spoken to them at the office, I have rung, I have sent emails, I have done everything I possibly can to try make them stop.
However, because I am no longer with them, I can't raise a case through the help section of the account part. When I reply to various emails they can't do anything because my email address apparently doesn't exist, yet I still get emails. Nobody can or is willing to help me sort the problem.
Biz Dojo does not care about you or your account as long as you are paying them. They don't make filing queries or complaints easy, but when they need to get a payment, they repeatedly email up until you pay.
They will do anything they can to take more and more money.

β β β β β --7/01/22 Update--
Regus/BizDojo has now managed to lose the payment I sent to them on the 10/12/21. Their back office team is unable to find it and keeps asking me for proof of payment which I already gave them. God knows how long they'll keep pestering me for this until they find it or give up, I'm not sure what will come first.
---
I'm writing this to make sure no one else gets trapped with Biz dojo or Regus.
If you join and have no changes in circumstances, never have to deal with their support and don't require anything ever, you will have a great time.
If you need to cancel, forget to cancel three months BEFORE your contract runs out, or need anything really, then you will be incredibly frustrated and hate this place.
Their entire back end service is handled overseas. The local team has nothing to do with them and no power to help. So any requests for changes or amendments or anything ever will be denied. They are incredibly unhelpful in resolving any kind of conflict and will not negotiate or budge. Their responses are also slow and take 24-48 hours.
I had an issue where they charged the wrong credit card, so they refunded me. They then emailed months later chasing up this payment becayse it was never taken again. I told them to process the card on file. They were incapable of doing this because the system is so bad. They also never mentioned that paying via bank transfer is an option which I ended up figuring out by reading one of the multi-page invoices.
I had an issue where my contract was one month away from expiring. So I went to cancel only to be told I needed to do it two months prior. Thats a 3 month notice period for a 12 month contract. Sure, this is written in the contract. But I don't think anyone signing a 12 month contract would think it gets automatically rolled over for ANOTHER 12 months with no notice and no conversation. We have had to just deal with it and continue using it barely for an additional 12 months.
I asked for the CM to print something off for a meeting. She smiled and what I felt sarcastically said SURE! It never came. I don't get why this was such an inconvenience for them to do as every other Regus location does this simple service - which we pay for.
You will also most likely be frustrated by the CM and reception team as they don't do anything. Like I've barely seen them do any work over 24 months and they always take forever to reply to any question you have by email. Booking the big room took us 2 weeks to accomplish because of this.
Their kitchen now has a fun note saying kitchen use is an extra $36 or something a month for lounge memberships. The contract clearly states kitchen, tea and coffee facilities are already included so I don't get where they get off asking to charge for this.
We were also charged throughout the entire lockdown periods even when there was no access to the offices because a swipe key is required and as lounge members we don't have these.
And finally the aforementioned backoffice system that the entire Regus network runs on is very buggy, very inconsistent, and no one knows how to use it properly. Our company is registered three times. One of them is registered under Afganistan for some reason. The accounts cannot be merged and this continuously causes problems when trying to do anything.
So bottom line, read your contracts VERY carefully. Assume the worst at all times. Give your notice immediately after signing so you're not stuck for an extra 12 months. Don't be a business that has any kind of volatility or change. Don't expect any help or support from the CM or whoever sold you the membership.
