★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get a tempered glass protector for my Samsung galaxy s20. I specifically asked for one that will work with the fingerprint sensor. They assured me that it would would work but it didn't. They took the screen protector off and my phones fingerprint sensor was working fine. They put on another one but it didn't work again. I asked for a refund and they said no, they will call me before the weekend with a proper Samsung guaranted screen protector. They have not called me

Cons - Where to start? Got given the run around, dropped off Iphone 7 Aug 5 - repaired & picked up Aug 8, wasn't working the next day, then from there downhill. I always had to go in to the store to see what was happening, as they always said they couldn't contact me. I specifically asked "Is my phone fixed?" I was told "yes" come back tomorrow. Went back next day, it wasn't fixed and they told me to wait & they would order a refurbished one (after a month that didn't work out) Got refund Oct 7th.
For run of the mill stuff - changing battery, screen etc I am sure they are fine, any standard repair shop can do that.
For anything requiring some expertise & good service wouldn't recommend them.

When the guy called to say my phone was ready i double checked the price and he again said $200. when i went in i was charged 300 and he claimed thats what he said from the beginning. i had to pay anyway because my phone had already been fixed. i called later to check an iphone XR screen replacement cost as i felt scammed. on the phone i was told $279. Unprofessional.

They repair and Solve my Face ID issue and lcd screen In given time. I want across the road they said they will take five days and double of price which IT FOX charge me, I mean seriously so I called theses guys was already impressed over the phone because they explained really well. I will be back guys and highly recommended.

They can take a challenge! They were the only ones who were willing to fix my phone. Others said it's too hard, too risky or too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer a free diagnosis, i had issues with charging the phone and he used a microscope and in addition to cleaning out stuff from the charging port there was also metal corrosion. After attaching the proper phone jack, which also failed to work, he refused to accept any payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Took my tablet more than three weeks ago. No update was given . I went to the store twice and asked for update. Finally went for third time and was told its working. Then they realized it was not even picked up for servicing and then to cover that up they said they ordered a part which is not available. Another lie. First thing I was not even told what was the issue and second they say another lie a part was ordered. How can they order without consulting me? Actually the tablet was just lying in the shelf for a month and nothing was done. They made up all the stories. Disgusting. This was in the glenfield mall store. Will never ever buy anything or go for any service to them
