★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, well serviced rooms. Shame the check in experience was such a disappointment. The host pointed out the table for smoking 'because she could smell smoke on me', told me not to party and 'not to cook curries' on the hotplates. I'm also from Wales and have an accent I'm not a Maori as she incorrectly pointed out to one of my work colleagues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allocated parking was taken before we arrived. Suggest a cone or sign be placed on booked rooms as convenient room parking is advertised on site.
Old Linen stuffed under bed too. Queen bed was really firm (too hard).
Positive is that room was clean and nice bedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the customer service, was looking forward to booking a room and saw the price on booking.com, so thought I should book directly and they argued about the price difference of $5 and suggested we book elsewhere because they didn't want to accommodate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this motel numerous times last year and the managers were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were always super clean and they were so friendly.
There is now a new owner and the price to stay there has gone up by 14% which given there are no extra facilities like barbecue area or swimming pool makes this motel very expensive when compared with other accomodation in the area.
