★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black & White has restored all my faith in car dealers! Their service and Natalie's efficiency exceeded all my expectations by a milestone! Bought an SUV from them and needless to say I am extremely happy with it, but here's where it gets even better....Had a vehicle under existing finance and asked B&W to check if they could refinance, not only did they refinance my car within 4hrs, they also slashed the current interest rate by more than half!!! A++++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, next day I bought the car the coolant liquid was gone due do a hole so leaking pipe (means no checking was done before) we ll fix it they said which was done thanks to them, then few days later dead battery, asked them to refund me and take the car back.
They refused confronting me saying they will fix the battery. (Didn’t know yet legally with a written note they had to do it, they took advantage of my ignorance at the time .)
Door chrome trim molding was popping off.
Then engine light on and shifting gear problem, they dragged me into the we fixing it again thing providing all the time a courtesy car for the hassles which was nice. They temporarily fixed it (covered it) without wanting to provide me evidence they did or telling me what they did, still didn’t want to refund me the car and take it back.
Back home I then discover a quick fix on my car rear bumper like someone did hit something as it was cracked, then partially hidden and painted, I was told I bought the car like that they had nothing to do with it.
Stay away from that shop, this car I bought for almost 7k cost me so much to fix after that when I should have just have taken them to court :
faulty catalytic converter, soon after heater core blew up while I was driving, was drinking oil crazy I had to check all the time and refill.
Now the car is rubbish and worth nothing as only wreckers want to take it.

I went there they said can’t do anything i spend 40000 grand to get defected car. Worse experience of buying car from black and white

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience. Rhys Pocklington patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question we had. These days, car salesmen are merely concerned with making money but, a M,D/salesman Rhys and harry delivers on his promise of offering incredible service.
We will definitely be coming back over the years thanks to our pleasant experience!
