I just bought a jaguar from them n in last one month it has been to mechanic 3 times when am buying it he has different words n when i found a problem in car he is changing his words day by day n when buying he is so polite n now when i go with car he is so rude coz its still under warranty but they just keep car for 2-3 days everytime i go n nothing sorted still waiting on a part from last more than month but everytime i hear excuses not even reply to phone or texts and when call from different number or call to his office phone he speaks angry always n rude just recently i serviced my car coz its his responsibility to service before sell to me n he changed his words and when i been to mechanic for service found a engine leaks somewhere then i been to him n he keep my car for 2 days and they just show on their documents no leaks ?and lies my car been to mechanic i asked for document that work has done as a proof n he said I didn't received it i been to mechanic n he said already sent day before i been there then i been back n he is like i will give whenever i have time n email u and he don't even has my email to send it but just excuses n excuses every time
AT LAST I SAY NEVER BUY FROM HIM N DONT TRUST COZ WARRANTY HE SAID U NEVER GET REPAIRED THE PROBLEM JUST THE FAKE PROMISE N LIAR ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I transferred the money using instructions from his email I called up to check if he received it. He thought it would be funny to say no (just for a few seconds) and give me a shock of losing over $20k, as if someone had hacked the email to replace the account.
The car had a recent oil change sticker on the windshield. I called up the service company to find out details of the oil used and they said they had never changed it. Dealer explanation was the old sticker was worn out so only the sticker was new , not the oil.
