Having a new baby is a very exciting time but it can also be overwhelming and daunting. It's the one job that comes with no training and it's the most important job anyone can undertake!
Nowadays, people can often live far away from the family support that is so often needed to help with this transition, which is where Blissful Bubs comes in! We are your fairy godmothers, here to ease the load and allow you to understand that your gut instincts are valid and to trust them. Our friendly, non-judgemental approach aims to help you feel more confident and believe in yourself as parents.

He woke up, which wasn’t expected, and Jo kept him calm when he wouldn’t fall back asleep. Highly recommend Jo to anyone needing help with their little ones!

During our meet & greet we immediately felt at ease with her and my toddler absolutely loved her. For the day of the birth Jo was able to give my partner and I peace of mind knowing that our toddler was well looked after and she even took some pictures for us. Afterwards she set up for Bellyful to contact us and drop off meals for us. Her presence and help was invaluable and definitely more than we thought we’d receive with Blissful Bubs. Highly recommend for any family.

Jo is amazing with our son, and we can enjoy our nights off knowing that he is being well taken care of. Also we have two dogs, that also love when Jo is over!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did both a baby sleep course and a baby massage course with Jo at Blissful Bubs. The sleep course was 4 online sessions that took us through the basics of baby sleep science with opportunities for questions. The 4 session format allows time to put advice into practise. The course really eased my anxiety about getting my baby to sleep by helping me understand what his sleep needs are.
The massage course was combined with a post-natal yoga class and was a great activity while on maternity leave. The class was followed by a coffee catch up at Common Ground cafe, and was a great way to meet other mums and probe Jo for more sleep advice!

After our first session, we saw a huge improvement in the amount of sleep we were getting but also a more harmonious home, happier marriage and feeling more empowered in parenting.
