β β β β β I am admin for South Auckland JOBS on facebook, one of your agents was extremely rude when asked to leave commenting on, on one of their ads, a rule that applys to our page, when I called your agency to lay a formal complaint I was told to put it in email form and it would be sent to the owner who is apparently in Egypt and they couldn't guarantee a response, then became sarcastic when I asked why it couldn't be dealt with from their office. Suffice to say it was unprofessional and dispicable behavior from your workers resulting in the removal of your agents and your agency's membership from our Job page, I also will be making other job sites aware of your agencies unprofessionalism! Disgusting approach to the public! I would have given zero stars but I wanted to make sure you understand you can't treat people like that!
***In answer to your response ..... on South Auckland Jobs there was NEVER any problem with leaving comments on until I came across one particular ad where your agent, Bunny Dhillon turned off commenting FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER .... When I advised him of OUR POLICY regarding ads, and asked about leaving commenting on as it was OUR POLICY, as members have every right to query potential jobs, he became rude and obnoxious! I called your agency in Penrose to lay a formal complaint and they were very unprofessional, downright nasty and sarcastic when I told them I wanted it dealt with immediately from them! As supposedly you are in Egypt and have not left any system in place to deal with complaints! I don't care about your protocol on ads, in order to advertise on South Auckland Jobs it's OUR PROTOCOL that applies NOT YOURS .... In saying that your agency was getting heaps of traffic from our page, but because of YOUR don't give a damn attitude you and your agency have LOST THAT! ..... it's a moot point anyway because your agents AND your agency will NEVER be accepted on our job page again DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?!

β β β β β All the bad things at this place, The Indian guy that works at at this place doesn't even reply to call or messages, I told him the days I'm available to work as I already have a job but wanted to work through our holiday break for some extra money and he told me that there is work available so I told him that's I'm keen to start at the date he gave me but when it was time for me to start at the that job I messaged him to see where the site is and what the next step will be but I never got a reply back unprofessional and poor communication

Can't go to Winz but have to appearantly wait 3 weeks for a payout and some of us still waiting beyond that, how do you survive on that?

β β β β β Very poor communication , had a agent who was a Indian guy, barely replied to texts or calls and only calls back after having 10-15 miss calls or days later, payment was rubbish, always had to call regarding short payments and having to receive the short payments that was atleast 200+ the week after, called about my covid pay I was suppose to receive 1st March but havenβt as the agent keeps saying βno updateβ, had an arguement about covid pay and last minute notices over the phone saying he was βunprofessionalβ and he replies βDonβt tell me how to do my job!!β Very rude, and even til now still waiting around for my covid pay for me and my sisters and my parents are thinking of taking further actions towards this?βΌοΈ

β β β β β Absolute poor agency to deal with! Almost every week there was an issue with my pay and yes sometimes Bidfood were to blame for not sending the timesheets through. Its only when i find out that i havent been paid, then only Bunny would tell me they have not received my timesheet. Why wait for your candidate to say that have not been paid? Be proactive and make sure your candidates get paid on time. Its not good enough to say βwe didnt get the timesheetβ
Last week i spoke to Bunny advising i dont want any issues when i get my last pay (including holiday pay) and i was given the assurance i wont have any issues! Guess what? No holiday has been paid out even though i am entitled to it and my payslip reflected that i had 14.75 hours that should of been paid to me in my final pay. STAY AWAY FROM BLUECOLLAR!!!!!
