★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for a job. Gave all documents. I was told job is gone but still advertised on their website. Someone else applied and he was responded to.
Really dodgy..
Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as my knowledge is concerned, the applicants (job seekers) are equally important to recruitment firm. I sent my CV for the admin position but no news from ERG. After my follow-up email, I received reply from someone called Nick who informed me that he is going to call me on Monday morning for the pre-screen. Again, no call or any news from them. I again emailed on Wednesday afternoon saying that I had been waiting for your call. I received another reply that "I believe my colleague has been in touch with you." It looks like it's not really clear about who is going to do what. I am an HR person and have also recruited people. Believe me responding people on time and giving them the clear picture is very easy. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ERG is the most efficient agency I have ever been with, I signed up with them and within a few days I had a job, that I am still at btw. Whenever I need anything or need time off they are ore then willing to help, always keep me in the loop with jobs and shifts that are available, have never failed me, sign up now they won’t fail you either ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very much disappointed with their unprofessional service. took some time off my schedule to visit Nick and did all paperwork, did contacted them continuously for few days, No response. applied recently again for a job, No response at all..
if the applicants are not gonna get any response why do you guys advertise the job for at the first place, or it is just to get more and more people registered with your agency. At least give us a reply, doesn't matter if its a NO, its fine.
Really disappointed with unprofessional behaviour of theirs.
Do not use them, they are just waste of time.
I wish I could give less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg are the most efficient and understanding recruiting company I have worked for in a very long time.Nick is very professional and does not waste time in my experience with him. I am happy with everyone who works at Erg actually. The communication within the Erg office has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to enjoy my time with the Erg team. Thanks guys , my 5 stars are definately deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with erg recruitment was fantabulous. My bosses name was Nick and I was with him for 4 months. Throughout that whole time I was able to ring him at any time and he would answer and help me with any of my questions or concerns. He would navigate me through the different steps of preparation I needed. He was all around a really cool guy and I’m going to miss him a lot being my boss. Thank you nick you’re awesome from Katie :) thank you for getting me this job
