β β β β β This is a smallish maritime museum size wise, but it has managed to cram in quite a collection of exhibits. Car Parking is free and entry is only $3 for adults. The lady at the counter was super friendly (as is everyone in Southland) and the exhibits were very wide ranging. It even covered a NZ soldier executed by the British (by firing squad) who was later pardoned (posthumously). There are torpedoes, missiles, a huge merchant steam engine, etc. Worth a visit if you are down in Bluff.

What great little museum.
Loads of information and things to look at.
A hidden gem in Bluff which I would highly recommend.
