Had to go back to the store twice as we were given the wrong parts by the staff and they did not seem to know what they were talking about. As a customer, you should be able to trust professionals in a field like this and know you are getting the right parts you asked for and the fact that there was no knowledge about which parts were appropriate is terrible.
