★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNZ have improved their telephone banking service hugely. Once I'd leave home with the ph still on call waiting for a customer " care " person, drive 50mins and ph would still be on hold as I walked into the bank!
So thankyou Bnz 4* for that. This 3 * rating is for lack of on floor staff and the long waits in the bank.
Most not all staff are patient and helpful some need perhaps another job more suited to their temperament. Sad to say.
The bank is well positioned in main Victoria St cambridge with parking out front and at rear of building.
