Very disappointing experience. Attached pictures of email is showing the whole story. Trying to follow up from many months and they are ignoring us. They charged for hot water for last 3 years without even providing. We have own hot water supply. In lockdown period invoice came 10 times more then normal. They have no explanation for these mistakes. They are not providing any information about the water unit consumption and charging as much as they want. They are still sending invoices with same mistake. It’s nightmare to deal with them. No professionalism at all. I hope all positive reviews are not fake. ?

Emails get no response ever. Seems like the fees is all they are after. No courtesy to email back. Definitely need to move to another BC at the next meeting! If I could give a negative 5 rating, that would be my score! Read other reviews on here and can relate to them.

Awful body corporate to deal with. After 3-4 years a leak in our storage unit was never looked at despite numerous attempts at contact. Could never get any assistance, constantly left off mailing lists. Thankfully we now have a new body corporate which has far surpassed Body Corp Admin in just 2 weeks. Body Corp Admin has one of the worst reputations in the business so steer clear at ALL costs.

If Google would let me give 0 stars out of 5, I would have. Absolutely disgraceful service. BCA have not returned any of my phone calls or emails since I first contacted them eight weeks ago.There are so many outstanding repairs, maintenance jobs and claims to deal with from our block of apartments which they refuse to even respond to. It amazes me how they can conduct (and charge for!!) a service whilst providing only rudeness and unprofessionalism to their clients. Shame on you BCA.

Absolutely useless. They rarely reply to any of our emails, it takes sometimes several attempts just to get some sort of response. I have had arguments about my fees not being paid every year for the past three years, I asked them for a transaction print out and they sent me a hand made one which was incorrect! I had to get my lawyer involved to prove that they were just making it up after the third consecutive year. It is like nobody has a clue there, nobody cares they just want your money for nothing. Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor communication, weeks with no response despite regular chasing. Following up for months of issues with no solution. Agree to long term maintenance plans and we pay our fees to carry work out but it doesn’t get done. Don’t understand how management is not doing anything about the poor performance on account management.

Absolutely terrible. Do not use this company unless you want to end up in legal wrangles. Paula Beaton & Glenn Kwok gave inappropriate guidance for redevelopment of a unit title - apparently they believe an owner can obtain private authority from owners on the same unit title to redevelop (& exclude owners who will oppose this such as myself). Absolutely not! A special resolution is required via a formal meeting & lawyers & surveyors are subsequently required to redo the unit title plan & reassess levies accordingly. The whole unit title is now legally defunct as a result of their ineptitude!
