Scope Strata was approached by our Body Corporate as one of three options to take over as BC Secretary for our Flat Bush apartment block (36 units). We had a very difficult relationship with the previous company (BBCL - Boutique Body Corp) and were seeking to move to another company. We desperately wanted an open, honest and advisory relationship where we felt valued and respected. The BC Committee rmet with all three contenders for interviews and selected Scope Strata (Steve Plummer and his team).
We have been very pleasantly surprised that the first impressions have continued to be borne out with every interaction for at least 3 years since.
Steve's team have been pleasant, knowledgeable and always seeking to provide what we needed - whether it is an urgent email to all owners or a financial report for each monthly BC Committee meeting.
Lastly, we do not know everything we need to do or the best options and it is great to have Steve Plummer (Director) in the background to ask for options and advice at any time.
Scope's fees are very reasonable and, more importantly, have not been ramped up every year. We feel valued as a client Body Corporate and continue to work with Scope on a daily basis.
