β β β β β Christina and Jaydon really care about their clients, making the training workouts personalized to meet individual needs.
I am in my 50's and am feeling so much stronger, flexible and energized from my personal training and yoga sessions. The ability to get all round holistic training at their studio is a real bonus. All their equipment is top of the line and the environment of the studio is truly professional, motivating and energizing.
I love the small, more intimate yoga classes each week and the ability to workout without a crowd.
I couldn't recommend a more talented, professional and caring couple then these two who want to help you to better health, greater strength and a more wholesome lifestyle.
