I feel like this is so rare to find a person who puts the customer first before trying to Upsell I just wanted to say thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I let a bad advice on Google but I am feeling really unhappy. I let my jacket to remove oil on it. That has been done perfectly. But the jacket I bought one month ago has been damaged and is now unusable. The only thing I was told is to write the shop where I bought to complain, as if the shop was responsible.. . And no refund was done. So today I've lost 30 dollars and the 200 dollars I've paid for my jacket. Thank you... I will NOT come back again
