★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to thank the staff at Rotorua Drycleaners for their last minute help. Had a flooded hallway and bathroom and used every towel in the house to clean up the mess. Didn't know how I was going to clean and dry ALL of the towels, took them down to the guys - now problems, easy as AND they all came back folded! Thanks guys..super helpful especially with the wet and cold weather we are having.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my beautiful wedding dress in the care of Rotorua Drycleaners. I signed an obligatory contract stating that the article to be cleaned was at my own risk. I regret signing it.
My dress was returned to me with missing buttons, stitching that is pulled at the seams, the silk fabric has scratches/’run’ marks all over it and my bridal belt has missing beads. In addition it feels crispy and stiff and not soft/smooth like it once was. I am highly disappointed! Rotorua Dry cleaners state that “Every care will be taken in our endeavours to clean the item/s you have entrusted to us”. Care was NOT taken with the garment. It looks like my dress was thrown into a hot water intense cycle and shows the damaging results.
I do NOT recommend this place for wedding dress cleaning!
Update: They paid for my dress to receive repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rotorua Drycleaners are fantastic! I give them all sorts of random pieces of clothing through out the year and they always do an amazing job. You can drop in, or they will pick up. They are always happy to give advice freely too on other 'dry cleaning' matters where they can - like when your cat decides to start spraying on your curtains :0)!
I totally recommend Rotorua Drycleaners!

You are always welcomed with a smile and recieve an exemplary service. Highly recommend this great dry cleaning service.
