Appreciated the swift attention to my sudden flat tyre, although on driving home the car had a knocking sound.
Thinking I had damaged the bearings, I drove the car straight away to my mechanic of 10+ years. They were thankful I didn't drive on the motorway, as one nut wasn't tightened.
I tried calling through to advise, but was put on hold then sent to an answer phone.
A simple mistake, and everyone's human, but that's a mistake that could have led to a serious accident. After $160 to get x2 seconds tyres, I would expect the basics to be followed through.

Old owner was best, new owner is trying to fit into the correct crowd niche level as before take over. Their good and best mechanics are else where nowadays.

reasons, the customer service and the lack of
respect that was shown by the staff was
appalling. I came into this place 3 times expecting
to get a wheel alignment. Specifically I was told by
the technician that "he did the very best that he
could". But the result didn't fix the problem,
making me extremely disappointed as I believed
that this technician would "try his very best"
ended up paying a fee for a problem that wasn't
solved and in addition the technician's attitude to
solving my issue was clearly lacking.
For the second time, I once again came to this
place and met the same technician again. I asked
him to recheck my wheel alignment for my car but
was told that he didn't see any issues. Following
this I insisted that there was an issue with my
wheel alignment to the sales person. The sales
person arranged a time for the next day with
another technician. Amidst the terrible customer
service displayed by this place, I want to thank in
particular the sales person who was the only
person who showed respect throughout this
experience. The next day I came in and the new
technician told me that there was indeed an issue.
The problem was eventually fixed but the main
issue here is that the receptionist expected me to
pay a fee for an issue that was created by their
own technician. After asking their boss they were
told that I was not obligated to be charged. In the
end I did not receive any apology for the dreadful
service I received. Knowing this place has been
running for 25 years I'm extremely surprised at
how awful the service here is.
I will never come back to this place and I
recommend no one to come unless you want to
be disrespected and scammed.

They greeted me promptly, whipped the car on the hoist and got to work and I was back on the road within 30 mins. Great service especially for a long weekend. Thanks team!
