★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gotten good acai bowls here but you should know, it says open until 7 but that isn’t accurate. I was there yesterday at 6:15 and they said they close at 6:45 but had already put away the blenders. So they wouldn’t make an acai bowl at 6:15. It seems if you want a smoothie or acai they close sometime before 6:15. ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. I only gave 1 star is because the girls working there: no smile, no “ thank you”, after finish making food don’t say anything just put the bowl on table not even eyes contact. AND no mask on. These days we even need to wear mask to take bus but girls, you are making food and sometimes talking while you make food. Sorry for only 1 star but the service wasn’t good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to both branches, ( Carolyn, using husbands google account to write this) Westfield or Orakei every day and the service is excellent at both!!!! Always pleasant and efficient. The organic coffee is excellent, best around. I always had coconut milk with my flat white but the lovely Jess at Westfield ( they are all fantastic there, even the newbies are nice) suggested I try the oat milk and WOW creamy and tastes better than the coconut milk. Jess also put me on to the delicious Cacao and beetroot hot drink, just amazing. Love the chia puddings too. Can't fault this place, worth trying for sure!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overpriced and my smoothie tasted nothing like what it apparently had in it, it was sour and had very little flavour, the girl also charged me twice which was annoying as I regretted spending the first $13 on the smoothie let alone having to pay that twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried Sweetie Pie recommended by staff on Thursday 7th April At 1.30 pm. The bowl is nice and sweet. But I have to waited for nearly 10 minute, then I have to tell staff she feel angry ( she was just talking to another man ) and when ready to serve she just put out the counter ( say nothing ). I just think very bad services.
