About Box It Up
I LOVE giving gifts! I’ve always taken my time choosing gifts for others and get a real kick out of seeing their faces light up when they open them. But when my best friends moved to the Netherlands, I was faced with a new gifting challenge – how to send presents to them overseas but make it super-special. I chose a lovely selection of little things that I knew would make them smile, then put just as much time into making up a beautiful gift box. When it arrived in the Netherlands my friends were so thrilled, they said it made their day!
And that was the first time I realised that how a present arrives is sometimes as important as what that present is!
I’ve now been making themed gift boxes for friends and family (many are overseas) for four years and others started asking me to make them for them, and so I asked my mum to start a business together…..we both decided it would be a cool idea and it would be fun to try something new. So here we go with our very own venture....BOX IT UP!
