Worst online shopping experience ever. Store manager/customer service is a nightmare to deal with. I was told before placing order that they have that particular item in stock, however waited one month and still have not received it. Called multiply times and was told different stories. Then waited another three weeks for refund after cancelling order.

Item hasn't arrived after 5 months, but they refused to refund. I was told that since the "90 days cut-off period" has passed, it's no longer possible to cancel the order. Neither could they tell me how long more it would take for the item to arrive. Although they said that "90 days cut-off period" is stated on their website, no such information is on their website. When I pointed this out they stopped returning my emails. It was only after I engaged a third party and cited Consumers Guarantees Act that they finally agreed to refund.

The Manager is just fantastic. Super helpful!!! Very nice and funny too. The products are beautiful and there's something for every price range. It is an up market store. I come here to look at all the gorgeous things and sometimes add to my Pip Studios collection.

I ordered something two weeks ago and heard nothing from these people, they took my money very quickly...same day. I rang to ask about the order and I got no apology, the worst customer service and the person had no manners.

Brought some Christmas presents through them 5th November, now Jan 15, they still haven't shown up, $500 worth. All sorts of excuses. Really rude. In one email they advised me to take a photo of the goods and send that out to my friends. Get a refund before 2 months on your CC time limit. I didn't and now I have filed at the Disputes Tribunal. You do wonder about outfits like this. Really it seems to me as straight out theft with no intention to deliver but hey I might be wrong and the goods turn up. EDIT UPDATE The company contacted me after this review offering a refund. I said I also wanted my filing fee for the recovery action. Haven't heard anything since that, no refund. I brought the same items from another site - royal doulton australia. Delivery after buying them 2 days ago and shipping from Aust to NZ!! Same sort of price. Enough said. EDIT UPDATE So got most of the money back. Because one of the staff offered a refund(which was never followed through) for some bizarre reason the Tribunal gave the owner $150 to turn up. Didn't bother appealing it, just happy to get a refund and put this store in the do not ever deal with basket. Also watch your receipts, mine didn't have a GST number on it and wasn't a legal receipt.

I would be careful purchasing online with this business. I waited 4 weeks only to be told the item was not available. I then waited for my promised refund until became concerned it was not forthcoming and contacted my bank. Make sure you pay by credit card so you can get a charge-back if necessary and remember there is often a 60 day cut off for this so don't let them run out the clock.
