★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place ive ever been to train. No shortcuts no easy way out just pure hard work. Everyone is really nice and make it just as fun as it is challenging. I highly recommend this to anyone whos interested in learning boxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym for learning boxing and kick boxing. Within one session beginners learn the correct boxing stance, footwork and punch technique. Everyone is shown a lot of 1 on 1 attention from the trainer!

I've trained and followed Dayne for years and have no problem recommending him or "Boxing 101" as a perfect place to start your journey. Well priced I might add.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly rate the 16 week program dayne has at boxing 101! You can walk in having never boxed before and get taught right from beginners level and advance as you go. The opportunity to have a proper organised fight at the end of the program is incredible and a one of a kind program!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other gyms where they teach u box fit( class which doesn’t show you or give u any true skills or experience of real boxing). This program while teach u boxing skills ranging from footwork, sparring and 1-1 pad work with the trainer.
It’s a nice place to get fit or healthy because u will be pushed.
Or if ur looking to get chance to fight or to have some sparring with other people.

The first time i walked in, I already feel the vibe and the adrenaline with all the participants in that building. Dayne is so good and passionate about teaching the knowledge he knows about boxing. He really push you to your limit and challenge what your body is capable of. Thumbs up !!!
